Conroe, Texas—Thanks to Lone Star College and all Montgomery County area Chambers of Commerce who partnered together for an in-depth discussion on the 88th Legislative session yesterday morning. I appreciate the invitation to discuss the largest state property tax cut in US history, unprecedented education funding and school safety, the electric grid, border security, election reform, and of course, pro-business, pro-growth legislation. I want also thank retiring Chancellor Dr. Steve Head for moderating the conversation and for the many friends and job creators in attendance for asking the questions that mattered most to them.
